(1) The cost of connecting a telephone line to the residence of the member of the tribunal and the officer who hears the appeal and the amount of the bond will be given.
(2) Fifteen hundred rupees per month will be paid as a lump sum for the electricity, water and telephone charges connected to the residence of the members of the tribunal and the officer who hears the appeal.
